Efficiency and Responsiveness
WPS Inc. efficiently performs the association administrative and management functions, allowing the Board of Directors to best use their time establishing procedures and setting policy.
Key Personnel
Eric Featherstone, Vice President
Eric brings over 26 years of experience managing professional, trade, and community associations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems and Technology and has earned several prestigious industry credentials, including the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management (IOM) program at the University of Notre Dame and holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification.
Eric oversees all aspects of association management, with expertise in strategic planning, financial management and budgeting, and personnel supervision.
Richard Belling - VP, Finance
Richard Belling oversees financial operations for WPS Inc., its affiliated companies, and properties under management. Richard has worked in property management for the last 12 years. Prior to WPS, Inc., Richard spent several years at many different levels of corporate accounting. He brings 17+ years of accounting experience at all levels to his position.
Brigitte Cooper - Administrative Services
Brigitte has been with WPS-I for over 20 years and supports internal operations for WPS-I and affiliated companies.
